All adult track events and swimming competitions are gender-specific, meaning you will compete against athletes within your designated gender category.

Adult Swimming include all ofthe following: 50 meters freestyle 100 meters freestyle 4×25 meters freestyle Relay- Need to name your teammates below
Pickleball is currently on a waiting list.You may still register; however, your team will be placed on the waiting list once your second teammate has registered. We are doing our best to accommodate all teams. If we are unable to accommodate your team, you will be given the option at a later time to select another individual game.

Important: Boys’ and girls’ dormitories are strictly separate. All attendees will be assigned to the appropriate gender-specific dorm.

I grant SZA & ZSC permission for my photograph and/or video to be taken during the event for promotional and documentation purposes.
I acknowledge that participation in the Zoroastrian Olympics involves inherent risks, including serious bodily injury, travel and housing risks, communicable diseases, and negligent or intentional acts of others. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, I release, waive, and agree not to sue SZA and its officers, directors, volunteers, affiliates, venues, transportation providers, and the University of California, Davis for any claims arising from my participation, including negligence, and I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold them harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from my conduct or participation.
SZA reserves the right to modify, postpone, relocate, reschedule, shorten, or cancel the Event for any reason, including weather, facility issues, government restrictions, public health concerns, safety risks, force majeure events, or insufficient participation. Registration fees may be non-refundable. Referee and official decisions are final and binding.
All travel, visas, housing, and accommodations are at my own expense and risk. SZA is not responsible for travel disruptions, visa denials, lost baggage, housing issues, transportation incidents, or loss of personal property. Participants must comply with all University of California, Davis policies and all event rules, including alcohol, smoking, controlled substances, dormitory regulations, and safety requirements. Room changes require prior SZA approval. Participants are financially responsible for property damage.
The Zoroastrian Olympics is a cultural and community-based event grounded in Zoroastrian values. Participants agree to conduct themselves respectfully, dress appropriately, and avoid offensive, disruptive, immoral, or culturally disrespectful behavior inconsistent with Zoroastrian principles. SZA retains sole discretion to determine inappropriate conduct, and violations may result in removal without refund.
Participation in social events and transportation is voluntary and at my own risk. I acknowledge communicable disease exposure risks and release related claims. I certify I am physically fit and authorize emergency medical treatment at my expense.
SZA is not acting as guardian or supervisor. Harassment, misconduct, discrimination, violence, or policy violations may result in immediate removal without refund at SZA’s sole discretion.
Minors: The parent or guardian of Participants under 18 agrees to all terms on behalf of the minor and assumes full responsibility for the minor’s conduct, safety, and compliance with all event and university rules.
I grant permission for SZA to use photographs, videos, and recordings of me for promotional, educational, and archival purposes without compensation.
Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in California.
This Agreement is governed by California law. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
